There is no support desk here, just me. Write to info@marriedtoacatholic.com and I usually reply within a couple of days. If it takes longer, it is because I am away, not because I am ignoring you.
What to write about
- Questions about the guides or the products. If something is unclear, or you cannot find whether a topic is covered before you buy, ask.
- Refunds. I offer a full refund within fourteen days of purchase, for any reason. Write from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt. Details are on the Terms of Sale page.
- Problems with a download. Tell me which product and which e-mail address you used, and I will sort it out.
- Corrections. If something on the site is outdated, or worked differently in your diocese, let me know. Corrections make the site better for the next couple.
- Using the material with a group. The licence you get with a purchase is personal, but if you want to use the workbook or the cards in a parish or ministry setting, e-mail me. I am open to it.
- Data protection requests. Anything about your personal data goes to the same address. See the Privacy Policy for what those rights are.
One thing I cannot do by e-mail is tell you what your parish will decide. I can explain how the process usually works and what is worth asking, but the answer for your wedding comes from your own parish or diocesan office.
